THCP first begins as a substance initially formed as cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), known as the "mother cannabinoid" from which cannabinoids derive from. As carboxyl groups (molecules comprising one carbon, two oxygen, and one hydrogen atom) from the molecule. This happens when the plant part is heated.

As not all strains have been analyzed at the molecular level, it's quite possible that some strains have a higher percentage of THCP. An unexpected high even with a small dose may be due to the presence of THCP.
As with any cannabis use, observe your body's reactions and limit your dosage if you are experiencing side effects. THC may cause paranoia, anxiety, fatigue, dry mouth and eyes, memory loss, and gastrointestinal distress in some users. It's reasonable to assume that as THCP binds to more CB1 receptors, its side effects may be more intense.
It is important to understand that THC-P is chemically different from Delta-9-THC by only a few atomic bonds. Most users claim they experience a mild psychoactive effect in comparison to the psychoactive effect of Delta-9-THC.

First, it's important to understand that this is very common with thicker liquids such as THC-P. However, this is very easy to fix once you know what to do! The best tip for making sure your cartridge or device stays unclogged is to properly store your cartridge/device upright in a room temperature setting. If you are still finding your cartridge/device becoming clogged, you may just need to warm up the liquid so that the mouthpiece has proper airflow. Sometimes, the liquid can end up in the mouthpiece which is the reason why it is becoming clogged, but this is completely normal. To fix this issue, you can either warm up your device by taking a few 3-second puffs until you begin to feel some type of airflow from the device. Another option is to warm up your device with a hairdryer or by placing it in a warmer location. Overall, these should warm up the liquid so that the airflow returns and you can begin to use your device as normal.
