What is THC-O?

THC-O stands for THC-O-Acetate and it’s also known as ATHC. However, this is not to be confused with THCa which is a different cannabinoid altogether.

One important thing to keep in mind is that THC-O is an isolate. It is free of other cannabinoid elements, such as flavonoids and terpenes. The final result is a thick oil that tends to be 3x times more powerful than THC.

What Can I Expect From THC-O?

THC-O offers a more potent high and users report it as being an introspective, almost spiritual experience. It is said to take you to an almost alternate state, more akin to the 'trips' associated with the milder hallucinogens. With edibles, this potency mitigates the longer time it takes to feel the effects of THC-O.

In the human body the liver metabolizes THC into a variation that adds a sedative effect. THC-O still experiences that change, but its psychoactive strength may compensate for some of the lethargic downsides. Users report that they prefer its potency and enjoy its strong effect. However, we enrich our THC-O with Delta-8 THC in order to produce a more enjoyable experience for all.

Will THC-O get me high?

It is important to understand that THC-O is chemically different from Delta-9-THC by only a few atomic bonds. Most users claim they experience a mild psychoactive effect in comparison to the psychoactive effect of Delta-9-THC.

Will I pass a drug test if I use THC-O?

Again, in order to use THC-O, it is vital to understand that THC-O is chemically different from Delta-9-THC by only a few atomic bonds. While our products contain a value of 0.3% or less Δ9THC (or no more than 0.3% Δ9THC), there is a small amount of Δ9THC that may cause you to fail a drug test. If possible, please consult the administer of your drug test in order to receive further clarification.

What do I need to use THC-O cartridges?

Our THC-O cartridges are designed to attach to any standard, 510 threaded vape pen or vape device. If you do not have a vape pen or device that can attach to our THC-O cartridges, you can typically find a solution at your local vape/smoke shop.

How much THC-O is in each cartridge?

We happily provide third-party Certificates of Authenticity (C.O.A.'s) for our customers to review and analyze. You can find exactly how much THC-O is in our cartridges by reviewing these lab tests mentioned above.

What are terpenes? Which terpenes are used in your THC-O products?

According to Leafly, terpenes are defined as, "aromatic oils that color cannabis varieties with distinctive flavors like citrus, berry, mint, and pine" and they are secreted in the same glands that produce cannabinoids like THC and CBD.

Terpenes were initially developed by plants for the adaptive purpose of repelling pests and predators. There are over 100 terpenes found in the cannabis plant and every strain of the cannabis plant contains a "unique terpene type and composition". Nowadays, terpenes are used to create scents, flavors and, occasionally, different feelings or sensations.

Do you sell and ship THC-O to my state?

What do I do if my THC-O device becomes clogged?

First, it's important to understand that this is very common with thicker liquids such as THC-O. However, this is very easy to fix once you know what to do! The best tip for making sure your cartridge or device stays unclogged is to properly store your cartridge/device upright in a room temperature setting. If you are still finding your cartridge/device becoming clogged, you may just need to warm up the liquid so that the mouthpiece has proper airflow. Sometimes, the liquid can end up in the mouthpiece which is the reason why it is becoming clogged, but this is completely normal. To fix this issue, you can either warm up your device by taking a few 3-second puffs until you begin to feel some type of airflow from the device. Another option is to warm up your device with a hairdryer or by placing it in a warmer location. Overall, these should warm up the liquid so that the airflow returns and you can begin to use your device as normal.
